సృష్టిలోని సంపదకు, విద్యా విజ్ఞానాలకు సూర్యుడే మూలపురుషుడు అనడానికి గల కారణం.... 

మనలో భగవంతుడు లేడని అనేవారు ఉంటారు గానీ, వెలుగూ వేడీ లేవనీ, వాటికి కారకుడైన సూర్యుడు లేడనీ ఎవరూ అనలేరు. జాతి, మత, దేశ బేధాలు లేకుండా అన్ని విశ్వాసాలకూ, సిద్ధాంతాలకూ అతీతంగా అందరిచే కీర్తింపబడేవాడు సూర్యుడు.. అందుకే ఆయన ప్రత్యక్ష దైవం, లోకసాక్షి, జీవుల చావు పుట్టుకలకు, పోషణకు, కాల నియమానికీ, ఆరోగ్యానికీ, వికాసానికీ అన్నింటికీ మూలం సూర్యుడే. సూర్యుడు లేకపోతే జగత్తు ఉండదు. ఆ స్థితిని ఊహించడానికి కూడా సాధ్యం కాదు.

ప్రత్యక్ష నారాయణుడైన సూర్యుని భక్తి భావంతో, కృతజ్ఞతా పూర్వకంగా ఆరాధించే సంప్రదాయం ప్రపంచ మంతటా ఉంది. జీవుల ఉనికికీ, మనుగడకు ఆధారం సూర్యుడే. నిస్వార్ధ కర్మకు తిరుగులేని ఉదాహరణ సూర్య భగవానుడు. సర్వ సమత్వానికి కూడా ఆయన విశిష్ట ప్రతీక.. పూరి గుడిసె మీద, రాజసౌధం మీద ఒకే విధంగా వెలుగు కిరణాలను ప్రసరింపజేస్తాడాయన. పేదవాడిలోనూ, ధనికునిలోనూ కూడా ఒకే విధంగా చైతన్యాన్ని నింపుతాడు. విధి నిర్వహణలో కూడా సూర్యుడే అందరికి ఆదర్శం. ఉదయాస్తమయాలలో ఎప్పుడూ వేళను అతిక్రమించడు. సృష్టిలోని సంపదకు, విద్యావిజ్ఞానాలకు ఆయనే మూల పురుషుడు. 

సూర్యుని వల్లనే సంపద కలుగుతోంది అనడానికి ఎన్నో పురాణ కథలు ప్రచారంలో ఉన్నాయి...  

అరణ్యవాస సమయంలో తమవెంట వచ్చిన పౌరులకు, మునులకు ఆహారం కల్పించడం ఎలాగో తెలియక ధర్మ రాజు సూర్యుని ప్రార్థిస్తాడు. అప్పుడు సూర్యుడు ప్రసన్నుడై ఆయనకు ఒక అక్షయపాత్ర ను ప్రసాదిస్తాడు. ఆ అక్షయపాత్ర అక్షయం గా ఆహార పదార్థాలను అందిస్తుంది. అలాగే సత్రాజిత్తు అనే రాజు సూర్యుని ప్రార్థించి శమంతకమనే మణిని పొందుతాడు. ఆ మణి రోజూ పుష్కలంగా బంగారాన్ని ప్రసాదిస్తుంది. ఇక విద్యా వివేకాలకూ, బుద్ధి వికాసానికీ వెలుగే మూలం. ఆ వెలుగును ప్రసాదించే సూర్య భగవానుడు వేద శాస్త్రాది విద్యలన్నింటిలో నిష్ణాతుడు. సూర్యుని దగ్గరే ఆంజనేయుడు వేద శాస్త్రాలను అభ్యసించాడు. బుద్ధిని ప్రేరేపించే వాడు సూర్యుడేనని చెబుతుంది గాయత్రీమంత్రం.. 

ఇహానికీ, పరానికీ కావలసినవన్నీ మనకు సూర్యుని నుంచి అందుతున్నాయి. జీవుల పుట్టుకకూ, పోషణకూ అవసరమైనవన్నీ సూర్యుని వల్లే లభిస్తున్నాయి. మన కర్మలను మనస్సు నియంత్రిస్తే ఆ మనస్సును నియంత్రించేవాడు చంద్రుడు. చంద్రునికి ప్రకాశాన్ని అందించేవాడు సూర్యుడు. ఆధ్యాత్మిక సాధనలో ప్రధాన సాధనం మనస్సే..  అంతటికీ, అన్నింటికి కారకుడైన సూర్యుని ఆరాధించి ఎందరో ఋషులు, యోగులు అద్భుత ఫలితాలను పొందారు. సూర్యయోగం పేరుతో ఆధ్యాత్మిక ప్రక్రియ నొకదానిని రూపకల్పన చేసి అందించారు.

సూర్యుడే గురువనీ, సూర్యకాంతే జ్ఞానమనీ చెబుతారు. శరీరంలో 24 తత్వాలుంటాయనీ, సూర్య కాంతి ప్రసారంతో వీటిని మేలుకొలిపి చైతన్యవంతం చేస్తే జ్ఞానం సిద్ధిస్తుందనీ వీరంటారు.. పంచ భూతాలలో ఆకాశమూ, అగ్నీ ఉన్నాయి. ఆకాశం వల్ల శబ్దం ఉత్పన్నమవుతోంది. అగ్ని వల్ల వెలుగు, వేడి పుడుతున్నాయి. మన శరీరంలో ఉన్న ఆరు చక్రాలను వెలుగు పైనుంచి కిందికి చైతన్యవంతం చేస్తుంటే, శబ్దం కింది నుంచి పైకి చైతన్యవంతం చేస్తూ ఉంటుంది. శబ్ధానికి కొన్ని పరిమితులున్నాయి. శబ్ద ప్రసారానికి ఏదైనా మాధ్యమం అవసరమవుతుంది. వెలుగు అపరిమితమైనది. కాంతి ప్రసారానికి ఎటువంటి మాధ్యమమూ అవసరం లేదు. వెలుగు అన్నింటికంటె వేగంగా పయనిస్తుంది. ఋషులు, యోగులు ఎంతో కాలం పాటు నిరాహారులుగా ఉండి తపస్సు చేసుకుంటూ ఉంటారని మనకు తెలుసు. ఇది సాధ్యమా అని సందేహించే వారుంటారు. పంచ భూతాలతో కూడిన ప్రకృతి, ఆ ప్రకృతిలో భాగమైన మనమూ, మన శరీరంలోనే నిద్రాణంగా ఉన్న అపారశక్తులనూ, వాటిని మేలు కొలిపే ప్రక్రియల గురించి తెలుసుకున్నప్పుడు ఈ సందేహానికి అవకాశముండదు..         

సూర్య నమస్కారాలు, ఆసనాల వల్ల సూర్య శక్తిని నేరుగా స్వీకరించినప్పుడు ఆ సూర్య శక్తి మనలోని శక్తులకు అనూహ్యమైన పరివర్తన కలిగిస్తుంది. శరీర, ప్రాణ, మనస్సులను మూడింటినీ విశ్వ చైతన్యంలోకి ప్రవేశ పెడుతుంది. మనలో అంతర్గతంగా ఉన్న శక్తి కేంద్రాలు తెరచుకున్నప్పుడు శరీరం నిలుపుకోవడానికి బాహ్యమైన ఆహార పదార్థాల అవసరం తగ్గుతుంది. అంటే భోగ శరీరం యోగ శరీరంగా మారిపోతుంది. అప్పుడు అపారమైన శాంతి, సమస్థితి కలుగుతాయి..                 

సూర్యకిరణాలు ఏడు రంగులలో ఉంటాయని మనకు తెలుసు. ఈ రంగుల ఆధారంగా ఒక చికిత్సా పద్ధతిని ప్రవేశపెట్టారు. 

నారింజ రంగు వేడిని కలిగించి పైత్య సంబంధమైన రుగ్మతలను నివారిస్తుంది. జీర్ణ ప్రక్రియను బాగు చేస్తుంది. 

శీతల స్వభావం కలిగిన ఆకుపచ్చ రంగు కండపుష్టిని కలిగించి మెదడును పటిష్ఠ పరుస్తుంది. కీళ్ళనొప్పుల వంటి రుగ్మతలను పోగొడుతుంది. 

నీలిరంగు కూడా శీతల స్వభావం కలిగి ఉండి పిత్తదోషం వల్ల కలిగే రోగాలను నివారిస్తుంది.

ఈ మూడు రంగులను ప్రధాన వర్ణాలుగా స్వీకరించి మిగిలిన రంగుల సమ్మేళనంతో మూడు వర్గాలుగా విభజించి చికిత్సకు ఉపయోగిస్తారు. సూర్య నమస్కారాలు మొదలైన వాటి వల్ల సూర్య కిరణాలు మన ఆలోచనా ప్రక్రియను శుద్ధి చేసి తగు విధంగా నియంత్రిస్తూ ఉంటాయి. సాధారణ మానవ చైతన్యంతో నియంత్రణకు లొంగని మనస్సు సౌర వ్యవస్థ నుంచి వచ్చే ఫోటాన్ల సహాయంతో తేలికగా నియంత్రిత మవుతుంది. మన ఇంద్రియాలు ఎప్పుడూ బయటికే తిరిగి ఉంటాయి. మన ఆలోచనలు బాహ్యంలోనే పరిభ్రమిస్తూ ఉంటాయి. అందుకే మన లోపల ఉన్న అజ్ఞాతశక్తుల గురించి మనకు తెలియదు. అలా తెలియకుండా చేసేదే మాయ. ‘వెలుపలి సూర్యుని కంటె వేయి రెట్లు ఎక్కువ కాంతితో వెలిగిపోయే సూర్యుడు మన లోపలే ఉన్నాడు. అలాగే జ్ఞాన వివేకాలు కూడా మన లోపలే ఉన్నాయి. ఈ విషయం మనం తెలుసుకోకుండా మాయ అడ్డుపడుతూ ఉంటుంది. 

సాధనతో ఈ మాయ అడ్డును తొలగించుకుంటే మనలోని సూర్య శక్తి మనల్ని తేజోవంతం చేస్తుంది.. అందుకే ఎవరైనా అనారోగ్యంతో బాధపడుతుంటే సూర్య ఆరాధన చేయమంటారు పండితులు..

By the way, many sages and yogis have got amazing results by worshipping the sun which is the reason for everything. A spiritual process in the name of Suryayogam was designed and provided.

The sun is the teacher, the sun is the knowledge. There are 24 philosophies in the body, if you awaken these with the transmission of sunlight and make them conscious, they say that knowledge will be created.. There are sky and fire in the five ghosts. The sky is producing sound. Light and heat are being created by the fire. We know the sun rays are in seven colors. A therapeutic method was introduced based on these colors.

Orange color causes heat and prevents bay related diseases. Will improve the digestive process.

The green color of cold nature causes muscle and nourishes the brain. Cures diseases like joint pain.

Blue also has a cold nature and prevents diseases caused by gallbladder.

These three colors are accepted as main colors and divided into three categories with the remaining color combination and used for treatment. Sun rays purify and control our thinking process due to Surya namaskaras etc. The mind that is not in control with the common human consciousness becomes easily controlled with the help of photons coming from the solar system.
